Q. Is there an admission fee to attend the Iowa Ag Expo?
A. Admission to the Iowa Ag Expo is $10.00 for adults [register online at iowaagexpo.com and save $5.00 off admission]. Admission is FREE for students showing a valid student ID and all children under 14 years of age.

Q. What are the hours of operation for the Iowa Ag Expo?
A. 9:00 am – 4:00 pm [Tuesday and Wednesday] and 9:00 am – 3:00 pm [Thursday]

Q. Are student groups welcome to attend the Iowa Ag Expo? 
A. Absolutely! Plus, high school students (and younger) get in FREE. Feel free to call 515.223.5119 to let us know your group is coming to the Expo. We recommend that buses drop students off at Wells Fargo Arena at the 2nd Street entrance.

Q. What is the cost of a show program?
A. Iowa Ag Expo programs are FREE and available at the main entrance of every building, as well as at each information booth.

Q. Where do I find information and maps at the Iowa Ag Expo?
A. Visit iowaagexpo.com for the latest maps and show information. In addition, four information booths stocked with show programs, maps and information will be dispersed throughout the Expo facility. Any last-minute changes can be found at these information booths as well.

PARKING

Q. Where can I park?
A. Park for FREE at the Iowa Cubs-Principal Park [1 Line Drive] with FREE shuttle service to the show! Paid event parking is available in the parking lot north of the Community Choice Convention Center, the 5th Street parking ramp, and the 7th Street parking ramp.

Q. Is handicapped parking available? 
A. Yes. Handicapped parking is located in the parking lot adjacent to the north side of the Community Choice Convention Center.

Q. Is there RV parking?
A. RV parking is allowed in the far lot north of the Community Choice Convention Center. Contact the Iowa Events Center at 515.564.8000 for specific details and fees.

Q. Is shuttle service provided?
A. The Iowa Ag Expo runs a FREE shuttle service every 10-15 minutes from Iowa Cubs-Principal Park to Wells Fargo Arena all three days of the show.

FACILITY INFORMATION

Q. Can I bring my pet to the Iowa Ag Expo?
A. No pets are allowed except service animals, which must be leashed at all times.

Q. Can I rent a scooter and/or wheelchair at the Iowa Ag Expo?
A. Scooters and wheelchairs are not available to rent. However, you are welcome to bring your own to the show.

Q. What food is available on site?
A. There are a variety of food options available in each building, ranging from BBQ sandwiches, pizza, and taco salads, to chicken strips, hamburgers, and more. Stop by any information booth for a complete listing of food options and locations at the expo.

Q. Is first aid available on site?
A. First aid stations are located at the northeast corner on the main level of the Convention Center, northeast corner of Wells Fargo Arena, and the Hy-Vee Hall pre-function area.

LOST & FOUND

Q. What do I do if I have lost something during my visit at the Iowa Ag Expo?
A. All items found and turned in to the Iowa Ag Expo staff will be taken to the Iowa Event Center’s main office located in the skywalk level of Hy-Vee Hall. Call 515.564.8000.

Q. How do I find a lost child?
A. Report a lost child to the Iowa Ag Expo office located in Room 321 in the main level of the Convention Center. Staff will then work diligently using phones and radios to locate the child.

Q. What type of exhibitors will be at the Expo?
A. This pure ag Expo features the best ag has to offer, including big iron, precision ag, aerial imaging, livestock production, inputs, data management and more. A full list of exhibitors and product directory can be found in the show program and at iowaagexpo.com.
